ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

GUIDELINES AND IMPORTANT POINTS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts must be submitted online via the website using the abstract submission system. Abstracts sent via email or postal mail independently of the system will not be accepted. Papers to be presented at the congress should be in the form of experimental studies, clinical studies, or original case reports, contributing to scientific advancement and conveying a take-home message. Since abstracts submitted online will be published as submitted, careful attention should be paid to typographical errors. Authors are solely responsible for any spelling and grammatical errors.

Online Abstract Submission

Abstract Guidelines
  • Abstracts will be collected through the online abstract submission system.
  • Academic titles should not be included in author names.
  • Names must be written in lowercase with only the first letter capitalized.
  • The affiliated institution(s) and addresses of the authors must be clearly stated.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (abbreviations are an exception).
  • If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the full term should be provided in parentheses.
  • The abstract should briefly state the aim of the study and methods used, summarize the findings with sufficient numerical data, and present the conclusion in light of the findings.
  • The abstract must be structured using the following headings: Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • The entire abstract, excluding the title and author names/affiliations, must not exceed 300 words.

Any abstract that does not comply with these guidelines will be excluded from review, regardless of its content.

Evaluation of Abstracts

The evaluation will be conducted online by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, keeping the authors' names and institutions anonymous (blind review). The evaluation results will be sent as a formal notification letter to all submitting authors.

PRESENTATION INFORMATION

Oral Presentations
When preparing your oral presentation slides, please ensure that:

  • There are no more than 7 lines per slide,
  • The number of words per line does not exceed 6,
  • Slides are formatted horizontally (landscape layout),
  • Overly dense or extensive tables are avoided in slides,
  • Slides are prepared in English or Turkish,
  • The presentation time is 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
Poster Presentations

Poster presentations submitted to the congress will be published as e-posters. Guidelines for e-poster submission are available in the online submission system, and presentation instructions will be communicated to authors of accepted poster presentations.
