  • 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
  • Registration is mandatory for all participants and company representatives.
  • Registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, abstract book, and access to the exhibition area.
  • Final registration is confirmed upon payment; registration fees must be deposited into the congress bank account and proof of payment must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
  • In case of changes in tax rates by the government or unexpected economic fluctuations, such increases will be reflected in the registration fees.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • For cancellations made before October 2, 2026, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
